Phase 2 Bites:

Consume 1 Bite of the Phase 1 Bites daily from Day 1 to Day 14 of your cycle. Switch to the Phase 2 Bites from Day 15 to Day 28.

If you have a regular period, the first day of your period is Day 1 of your cycle.

Along with your order, you will be sent a comprehensive guide on how to adjust the bites to your cycle length (if your cycle is longer or shorter than 28 days) and it will also tell you what do to if you don't have a regular period/cycle.
