A Seed Cycling Ritual

Seed cycling is a daily ritual that involves eating specific seeds at different points in your menstrual cycle. It works by supplying your body with essential nutrients like lignans, zinc, and selenium when your body needs them to promote and maintain hormonal balance.

The thing is, seed cycling can be tricky to do on your own. That’s why we’ve created our products—to make it effortless for you to enjoy the benefits of seed cycling and feel your best, every day of the month.

Our Story

Our journey began with our founder, Ashley, who struggled with PMS, hormonal acne, and painful periods for years. When a friend recommended she try seed cycling, she was skeptical - but decided to give it a try. The results were life-changing! For the first time in years, she didn't experience period pain anymore, her acne cleared up and so did her PMS. Inspired by the incredible power of this daily ritual, she wanted to make it easy for other women to try seed cycling and experience all its benefits. All our products are crafted with love and care, just like we’d make for our own friends and family.
